Send the workbook, get the honest report.
Drop an Excel file to the SumOffice Check bot — in Slack or in Telegram — and it answers in seconds with what works, what doesn't, and what the workbook depends on: every macro with its route, every function the engine knows or doesn't, every data source. Nothing in the file is run. It is deleted after 24 hours. No account.

What comes back
| Verdict | One of the four words the Compatibility Center uses about a workbook's macros — Native, Migration, Excel bridge, Preserve only — or “a table” when there is no executable logic. |
|---|---|
| Package | Sheets, formulas and distinct functions with N of M known to the engine and the unknown ones by name; PivotTables, Power Query, external links, connections, charts, tables, ActiveX, OLE, validations, conditional formats. |
| Macros | Every entry point with its module, kind and route; what blocks the rest (events, external automation, COM, UserForms, libraries). |
| Three doors | Open it in SumSheet — the same workbook in the real engine, on our server, in your browser. Full report on the web. Order a change — porting a macro or a Power Query source that routes “migration”: from 150 €, price and date before we start. |
What happens to the file
- The bot downloads it from Slack or Telegram and hands it to the same Check service the website uses — on our server, over HTTPS.
- It is read three times (package structure, VBA source, formula names). Nothing is executed — no macro, no query, no connection.
- It lives at most 24 hours, then it is deleted. Not copied to storage, analytics or third parties. We don't read your chat; the bot sees only messages sent to it and files shared with it.
Want it on your own server?
The bot is one small service next to the Check server — the same one that serves this site — and it plugs into your own Slack workspace with your own tokens. It ships with the SumSheet server in the next image; until then it is a class B change: we set it up on your server against your Slack app, 300 €, two to three business days.
